Extended IT exists to strengthen and deepen your IT services offering without you having to employ more staff and deal with the headaches and stress that come with that. You don’t need to hold us on retainer, you simply pay us whenever you have work that you need us to do. Our service is aimed at small IT Services companies with 1 – 10 employees for whom it doesn’t always make sense to employ new staff.

Is a client asking you for something that is out of your range of expertise? Just ask us to do it for you, add a margin on top and charge them, you won’t have to spend endless hours training up on a new technology and you can be rest assured that the work will be carried out to the highest standard in a timely fashion.

We pride ourselves on having transparent pricing, whenever possible we strive to offer fixed pricing on all project work. We are able to do this due to extensive pre-project planning reviews, we then make it very clear what's included in the scope of the project as well as any extra work we will need to do to get things ready for any project. For more Ad-Hoc work we are happy to simply charge by the hour, we don't offer any all inclusive monthly service contracts, they don't work for you or for us!


Any engineers working for us always are sufficiently certified for the project they are working on. Where certifications aren't available, you can be sure they will always have the correct experience, full DBS checks are performed on all engineers and we are more than happy to sign NDAs for any work.
